Steelsmith Continental Manufacturing Private Limited, where engineering meets innovation. We’ve been the connoisseur of quality steel fabrication for more than 25 years. Founded by the technocrat Mr. K.H. Popat, we began our journey by specializing in MCB Distribution Boards under the renowned brand “Siemens”.
In 2000, we expanded our expertise by acquiring Continental Manufacturing Unit. Company, adding 30 years of experience in crafting automobile parts to our portfolio. This marked a pivotal moment in our growth trajectory.
In 2005, we further solidified our position in the industry by establishing the Structural Fabrication Division in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This strategic move enhanced our capabilities and allowed us to serve our clients better.
Today, Steelsmith proudly houses two manufacturing divisions: Sheet Metal Fabrication and Structural fabrication. Our commitment to excellence knows no bounds. 1994 Existence:
On the 16th of September 1994 with an idea of fabricating steel, STEELSMITH was found.
2003 Relocation:
The physical entity was shifted from Atladra village in Vadodara to Industrial area in Lamdapura, Vadodara with an area of 19,000 square meters.
2006 Metrics:
Technology was upgraded and growth in turnover was achieved by 100 percent.
2008 Flagship:
Capabilities were enhanced and the production line for Pre-Engineered Building was introduced under the brand “ Sankalp Preformed Systems Private Limited”.
2012 Systematized:
“Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP)” software was implemented for managing inventories, production, sales and customer services.
2019 Augmentation:
Campus development and expansion entail strategic upgrades to infrastructure and facilities, enhancing both capacity and technological capabilities.
2000 Acquisition:
Continental, a manufacturing unit for automobile parts, was acquired.
2005 Incorporation:
Two different production units were merged, forming Steelsmith Continental Manufacturing Private Limited.
2007 Expansion:
The facility spanned 60,000 square meters following the acquisition of 41,000 square meters of additional land.
2010 Accredited:
Manufacturing unit practices were validated by “International Organization for Standardization”.
2016 Scaling:
Structural fabrication production plant was upgraded to sizable operation.
2024 Milestone:
Three decades of thriving success demonstrate our enduring commitment to excel and drive industry standards.
